month, it's time. Now, while I've always been obsessed with Batman, I wasn't always interested in

nutrition, exercise, health, and wellness. Earlier this week, we were talking about how to prioritize fitness,

for example. For me, it wasn't a priority. It only became a priority when I was diagnosed with a

chronic disease at the age of 19. That definitely changed my outlook and my life's purpose.

It was then I decided to focus my attention on first

feeling better, but then on helping others. I didn't want anyone else to experience a chronic

disease diagnosis like I did. Now, in order to do that, I wanted to be sure to have some credibility.
