The one thing that I would say, you know, even to myself if I could have, you know, talked to myself 20 years ago was, you know, just educate yourself in finances. I mean, I'm not a, you know, a formally educated individual when it comes to

degrees or, you know, that type of thing, but I became a really big, you know, reader, studier

of, you know of how to invest.
