Welcome to the perfume room. I'm coming at you live from my childhood bedroom, the place where this podcast began. And thus, I am recording this opening on my old Yeti Mike that I got on a Black Friday sale four years ago when I said, maybe someday I'll start a podcast.

Do I find myself always apologizing for sound in this podcast?

Yes.

But you know what you'll never hear me apologizing for?

Smell. Which leads me to my scent of the day, which is also my perfume juice because my scent of the day is one of the scents

from the new Maison crevalli discovery kit, which is called Experianso Effective. And this is also just a

weird flex for me to let you know in case you did not

already know that I did study French at a school.

Let's do send to the day first because this one came as a shock to me when I looked through

all the different fragrances in this kit.

This would definitely not have been the one that I would have predicted, would have risen

to the top,

and it did. What it is is papyrus molecular. The reason I am shooketh that I love this fragrance so much is because if you guys have heard me talk about in past episodes, I am kind

of over the sandalwood craze. Not that I can't appreciate a great sandalwood scent and in fact there are so many ones that I

absolutely adore but if something reminds me of Sontal 33 which once that one became big we saw it

over and over and over again I'm usually going to avoid it weirdly papyrus molecular reminds me of

Sontal 33 and has no notes of sandalwood, or at least

listed.

Papyrus molecular to me is kind of Sontal 33's softer cousin.

They do look alike, you know, maybe their parents are like twins or something, so they
