I'm Celia Hatton. Coming up in the program, Donald Trump says he's agreed to the biggest trade deal in history,

had a second chapter. You hear more on those stories in a few minutes time. First, to Gaza, where

mass starvation is spreading. That's according to 115 aid agencies, including Save the Children

and Doctors Without Borders.

In an open letter, they say, doctors are reporting record rates of acute malnutrition,

especially among children and older people.

Illnesses like acute watery diarrhea are spreading.

Markets are empty, waste is piling up. And adults are collapsing on the streets

from hunger and dehydration. The Hamasran Health Ministry inside Gaza says 10 people have died of

hunger in the last 24 hours. International media outlets are not allowed to report freely from Gaza, but the BBC has been

receiving voice notes from people inside the strip. First, Huda in Gaza City.

I am a first-time mother expecting a baby girl any day now. This should be one of the happiest

moments of my life, bringing my daughter into the world.

But instead, it's a time of fear, exhaustion and hunger.

I haven't had a rubber food in months.

For a long time now, we have been surviving on the per minimum.

Most days, I go to sleep hungry and wake up even weaker. As a

pregnant woman, I feel it deeply. I get dizzy. I know my baby is depending on me to nourish her,

and I feel like I am failing her already. There is no fresh food, no milk, no vegetables, no even fruits.

My biggest fear is that when my daughter is born, I won't be able to feed her.
