Social contracts, opt-ins, I mean,

how do we frame this?

Yeah, I've been really tracking or trying to source the root of the problem. Now I know what it is, but I wanted to find out how they implemented it, how they were able to implement this thing.

And I believe that it actually is the social contract.

What I mean, the social contract, I'm talking about Jean-Jacques Rousseau when he wrote this back in 1762.
