Happy May, everyone. We are starting the month with another chatty episode for you. So grab your coffee, your tea, or beverage of choice, and let's share our

0:22.4

thoughts on a few topics. Do you have a beverage of choice this morning, Bridget? So I have like three

0:27.8

beverages right now. So do not judge me. I have a coffee. I have a Diet Coke and have a water.

1:26.3

kind of stockpiling different flavors because I like to add them into like

1:29.5

yogurt.

1:30.4

And then some of my supplements, if I need to take like creatine or glutamine, I will mix it in with that.
