This is Fudia's story.

Looking into her brown eyes, you can see she has suffered a lifetime of pain,

having lost both parents by the time she was seven years old and been bullied by the children at school.

Now 10, Fudia stands on hered legs, her limbs painfully twisted.

Her uncle has been to many local hospitals in Sierra Leone, but no surgeon is qualified to give the treatment she needs.
