This morning, Lauren, we were on the phone and you teased multiple things that you could not share with me because of the podcast and these were like mundane I think daily life things but you were holding on to them because you wanted to share them on the podcast.

And I've kind of been dying to know what they are, what's been going on.

Medical breakthrough, I'm pregnant, no, just kidding.

Okay. through, I'm pregnant. No, just kidding. Okay, I don't know why I make that, I am so awkward about that.

I'll actually talk more about what I just alluded to on Patreon, not to be be annoying but I don't know why I always

make it weird and always make jokes about that but anyway everyone I do have some

mundane daily things to share and the discipline I show in our

conversations is that frequently I hold back because I know that the

listeners will want to hear these tales too, okay? Or at least I think they will.

You ready for the first one? Let me just say first of all though that it does hold our

relationship back because it turns into us either talking about, you know, really sensitive things that we can't talk about on the podcast at all or extremely mundane things like, well, when are you going to ship my packages to me when are you

going to run your you know export business so I can get my packages from you it

hurts our relationship I'll say it it's actually very true we can either talk

about business things or just the super banal, but anything remotely

interesting, I'm like, that has to be C-O-N-T-E-N-T, we need more content, okay? So let's save the content for the show speaking of which it was so
