all right welcome to episode 224 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode

of new mindset who this and I've got a really good topic for you today it's

one that I've given a lot of thoughts and it's something that I think 99% of

us can relate to I think it's something that anyone who has ever dated can relate

to so I'm assuming that's just about everyone and it's within that context it's

that feeling that assumption that temptation we all have to think that we are

unlovable or at a minimum that because of who we are that like we're difficult to

love it's that feeling that you're to this to that not enough this not enough

that and that because of who you are and because you haven't found the right

person yet you jump to this conclusion that you are the problem that you are

unlovable it's jumping to the conclusion that loving you is just a freaking

sure that having a committed relationship with you is unrealistic because

it's difficult or maybe you've even dated someone who has actually said

something like that to you that you're tough to love that you're unlovable

feel me either way I'm willing to bet that at a certain point in your dating

life that you've thought to yourself something along the lines of man you know

maybe I am tough to love maybe I'll never get it right because at the end of
