Hi J.J. you know it's time for us to kind of check in. We have experienced what four or five

months now of high cortisol and anxiety levels. Yes. Running at my friend would

describe it as being chased by a tiger for four months.

That's how our body is, has reacted to this trauma,

essentially the stress of everything is like,

no, we've pretty much been chased by a tiger for four months

and that's how our body is reacting to

everything that's happening. It definitely feels that way. Our guest today is

Daniel Harcovey, my old friend, and he's got a book coming out called The

Seven Perspective of Effective Leaders and I think it's he didn't mean it to be this way.
