1:37.0	primaries without joining their corrupt team. Most Americans and most Pennsylvanians support open primaries. It's the two-party
1:48.5	duopoly bosses who see their stranglehold on our politics and on state and federal funding
1:54.8	of their closed elections at risk. They're the ones to strongly disagree. They don't want independence to vote in primaries
2:02.9	and offset the power of the Republican and Democratic Party. They want to shut us out,
2:09.1	while still using government buildings, government workers, and government funds to make it all
2:14.2	happen. We all pay taxes, but only Republicans and Democrats see the benefits of
2:21.2	those tax expenditures on primaries. Messed up, isn't it? Un-American, isn't it? You betcha. But that
2:29.4	party's stranglehold in Pennsylvania and nationwide is under attack, and it's loosening. And Pennsylvania is a hot
2:39.1	and heating up ground zero for this fight for open primaries and for our independent movement.
