We got a Reverendike on this show today. He is going to share a different way of thinking about spending your money.

And I don't want you guys to get this twisted. He's not saying to just go out there and just spend your money willy-nilly, just overspending. Of course, we don't want

that. But to give this just a little bit more background and context, and I may have talked about

this before, so forgive me if you've heard this before, I don't think a lot of us realize

the associations that we make between money and water.

For example, we call money currency, like a current,

or we'll say making it rain or swimming in money,

or cash flow, pouring money down the drain, liquidity,

drowning in debt. So money, it's like,

it's like water, water flows and kind of like an ocean's tide. The tide goes out and the tide

eventually comes back in and it goes out and it goes back in. And so when you put money out there and you spend your money, you circulate your money, it's going to come back.

But only if you're willing to participate in both sides of the flow, which involve giving through your service and then receiving.

Giving receiving, giving receiving. Ike's coming up you know having problems with money does not always

mean that you lack money a lot of people who have a lot of material money have a

lot of problems with it. And you know, that's the reason sometimes people will say,

oh no, I don't think I want a lot of money because I've seen people with a lot of money

have a lot of problems with it. Well, I'll tell you, I'd rather have the problems of having

money than the problems of not having it.

You hear the old jangle, things go better with Coke, things go better with money, even trouble.
