It really is crazy to be honest. I never thought I can make a living from just being a dude shared his feelings but here I am and that is 100% because of you so thank you so much and on the topic of sharing feelings

1:22.0

I've got one today I've got a feeling and I want to share it with you and it's going to be a shorter episode I want to keep it short and sweet but here's the headline for you and it goes like this

1:32.0

It's that no matter what feeling you have no matter what emotion you have you should never feel ashamed for having it you should never feel bad for feeling a certain way

1:43.0

You should never feel bad for loving someone when you shouldn't have you should never feel guilty for believing in the potential of someone and your potential should never feel bad for wanting to believe in goodness and compassion and kindness

1:58.0

should never feel guilty for being a bit different for wanting different for not liking the mainstream for being a bit weird for being overly sensitive that's the vibe right there that's the that's the clickbait headline and just that you should never feel ashamed for being that way

2:15.0

So I want to jam on this just for a couple of minutes because I think personally I kind of define this in a way but also because I was reminded of this last night I always drawn things for my life last night was Saturday night so you know what time it is hit the gym took a shower got my nicest outfit on looking good I'm feeling myself so you know what I do

2:37.0

straight to the couch to watch some YouTube videos for the night so just kidding that was seriously last night I was watching YouTube videos and I was watching some like random interview between two people and the topic isn't even relevant but in the interview in the middle of the interview like five minutes into it the person conducting the interview goes hey are you nervous right now he asked the person is interviewing here you nervous and I don't know about you but I can't really

3:07.0

think of a more unsettling question to be asked I'm sure someone has asked you this before like hey you nervous like what the f like I hate that question because it really throws you it seriously throws you you're like no I'm not nervous but now that you say that maybe I am do I look nervous am I talking nervously what am I doing with my hands oh my god my hands what am I do with my hands maybe I am nervous you know what I mean it's like a messed up question and it instantly makes you doubt yourself

3:37.0

it leads you to feel guilty or ashamed even if you're not nervous or if you are nervous it makes you like double down on that and you're like yes I am nervous I'm the worst I'm ashamed of how nervous I am right so I was watching this video last night you know crazy night I know but I was watching this video and outside of that being a really annoying question you know don't be the person who says something like that and tries to guilt people but outside of that being an annoying question I was like you know what even if I was nervous

4:06.5

and it was obvious that I was nervous that's still nothing to be ashamed of yeah okay I'm nervous sorry sorry for being being nervous sorry for caring about the interview and wanting to do well sorry for wanting to present myself well sorry for being maybe a bit self conscious and trying something new sorry for being human right that was my reaction to that and as I had the reaction I was like you know what that that right there is my reaction to that

4:36.5

I came into his opinion is evolved that's a mindset that's a message because there's so many situations in life where we feel a certain where we do certain things as a result of

4:46.4

that emotion and then for some reason we feel ashamed for being that way and for doing that thing we feel guilty for being that way we judge ourselves

4:56.8

we feel judged and we survive ourselves up a nice plate of shame we have thoughts that are like I'm such an idiot for being nervous

5:06.1

I'm such an idiot for dating that person but not having seen that red flag

5:10.8

I'm such an idiot for thinking I could pull that project off and get a good grade

5:14.4

I'm such an idiot for thinking I was ready for that promotion

5:17.6

I'm such an idiot for introducing myself to that person or making that joke that wasn't funny
