Summary

You’re resting, but you’re still exhausted. Why? Because rest stops exhaustion, but recovery restores you. In this episode, I break down the key difference between rest and recovery, why burnout isn’t just about doing too much but about not replenishing enough, and how to integrate true restoration into your life. If you’ve been feeling drained no matter how much you “rest,” this is for you. Let’s talk about how to shift from just pausing to actually rebuilding your energy, clarity, and resilience.
