It's with the one and only Sean Johnson. Now if you've been living under a rock for the last four

or five years, you wouldn't know about Sean. But she is basically America's sweetheart.

She won an Olympic gold medal in Beijing and gymnastics. And she won a number of silver medals as

well. She also won a show called Dancing with the Stars a few years ago. And she's just an

amazing individual. A pleasure to be around. And she actually beat me in CrossFit this last week,

which was a little bit embarrassing. But there was a gymnastics element to it. So I mean,

you got a six four guy that has no clue what he's doing in gymnastics. And you have the world

champion in gymnastics. She better be able to beat me. But other than that, I did beat her at

another exercise. So we're even now and we're going to keep the competition going. I think she's
