Welcome back to the podcast. I know that you may be listening to these one after another, one day after another, as I do when I listen to podcasts.

But it's actually been over a month since we recorded a podcast, and so we feel like we're just getting back into it.

Our quote of the day today comes from Thomas Stanley, PhD, who you may recognize as the author of the Millionaire Next Door.

He said, the greatest detriment to building wealth is our home and neighborhood environment.

We've got a pretty special edition of the podcast today. We have a guest on here who we're going to call Jack.

He's going to remain anonymous, and we're going to try something we've never done before.

But Jack is a new attending physician in a medical subspecialty who is just trying to get his finances sorted out.
