Yeah, before parting with your money, always asks how your interests are aligned.

The wealthy always want to make sure that their interests are aligned, not just with fees, but also if anything goes wrong who gets hurt.

What I would urge you to do is that if you're looking at anything

in real estate specifically investing in something

with someone else, ask yourself,

how are my interests aligned and what happens if things go wrong?

And the best way to ask that is to ask the hard questions is, who's really in charge of this

and are they qualified to really manage this project.

And then that'll really, I think,

peel the layers back where you won't feel bad saying no

to maybe friends and family who are trying to experiment.
