love how you worded that. You should be a writer. Your support means so much. Okay, so let's dive into today's episode. Own your shit. Don't take it out on others. It takes a great deal of mental toughness to survive as a human being, especially these days. It's like a muscle you have to constantly strengthen. In life we experience uncertainty,

loss, grief, heartbreak, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, sad days, physical health issues, job stress, financial stress, and just random day to day pressures that come up. Even watching the news or reading a few too many disturbing articles can be really emotionally draining.

But it's so important for everyone to remember that we all go through these things and you never know what battles someone is dealing with behind closed doors. No one is immune to life issues and changes. Heck, none of us even know what will happen from one day to the next.

2:14.4

But the problem is that so many people want to play the card of this only happens to me. All bad things happen to me. I can never catch a break.

2:25.9

But again, we all go through difficult and challenging times. Even the richest, most famous, most successful people go through challenging times.

And not knowing who you can really trust or who's smiling to your face but waiting for you to fail is super unsettling.

3:13.2

Basically, what I'm saying is it's not a time to measure and compare because if someone is struggling, they're struggling.

3:22.3

Yet so many people almost want to be the one who struggles the most and one up the next guy.

3:29.6

But where is that going to get them? These types of people, they lash out at others. They hate to see others happy.

3:39.2

And it drives them crazy to see people doing great things. They just can't understand, well, how can this person do that?

3:47.2

Well, you could go do it too. It makes them mad to see other people admired or making money.

3:54.5

But these people literally invest their blood, sweat, and tears as well as an incredible amount of hours to make something of themselves.

4:03.6

But no, these people attack. They do things to metal with other people's lives and become intrusive where there was no invite to do so.

4:13.1

They don't understand the phrase, stay in your own lane because they only feel good when they're causing trouble for others.

4:21.0

Is it okay to just inflict your unhappiness on other people? Is it okay to bully people behind your keyboard?

4:29.9

Is it okay to blame everyone for your problems? Is it okay to insert yourself where you were not requested to do so?

4:39.7

I'd say no to all those things. But unfortunately, people get a little too comfortable doing all these things.
