I told them.

You have children being given puberty blockers that could affect their health.

You have doctors telling parents, well if you don't do this, they'll commit suicide.

Well the data doesn't show that. One of the sure ways that you change theology is to keep on studying it as if we don't have a definitive

answer in the first place. As Lutherans we are not committed to

subscribing to everything Luther said but we are Lutherans because we subscribe to

the Lutheran confessions.

The devil is always tempting us to build our faith on our faith.

Our assurance before Christ is not that we have faith, but that we we have Jesus or that Jesus has us.

Canadian pipers love issues etc. In his letter to the Romans, the apostle Paul reminds those Christians that there are certain things about God, the Creator of the universe, that can be discerned, even by

unbelievers, even through the creation that he has made, but that knowledge is limited and ultimately that knowledge condemns us, and

yet God has revealed himself in a special way that is through his word and ultimately through the incarnation of his son Jesus Christ.

So what can we say about God?

What has God said of himself and what can we say is true of Him?
