Hi, Valerie. I'm great, and I'm just so glad to have this opportunity to talk to you.

I've listened to your podcast many times and I'm really honored at the invitation.

So I want to give you all a little bit of a backstory on who Brian is and why I am so excited to have him here.

First of all, Brian comes to us. I know him because

he and his beautiful wife finished, graduated from one of my latter day struggles, growth in

processing groups. And you probably don't know this, Brian, but I will tell you, as I'm telling

everybody else, Brian is one of those individuals who is so kind and so

smart that every once in a while we would be talking in the group, I would literally actually ask

him to say that one more time because I would want to take notes on what he said.

Brian comes to us as an expert in something that I think is going to be really interesting and really
