0:26.7	Felker. So he is the lead singer of a Christian metal band that I've been obsessed with over the
0:31.3	last couple of months. And that is the band called convictions. Now this band, they have labeled
0:36.0	themselves aggressive worship music. And for any of you that have been listening to this podcast
0:42.4	for any length of time, you know that is right up my alley. This is something that I've been waiting
0:46.3	for this kind of revolution in the kind of the Christian space where it's like, hey, legit Christians
0:51.4	and legit Christian bands that are making heavy, heavy music. And so we spent a lot of time talking
0:57.3	about their music, some of the stuff that, you know, how the band got started and some of the
1:01.2	later albums, his favorite albums, his favorite songs. But for those of you that maybe don't know who
1:05.4	convictions is, you know, I'm glad to introduce them to you. But also if you're not really into music,
1:09.8	don't skip this episode because we spent some time talking about some real subject matters. We spent
1:14.0	some time talking about kind of modern church culture and how some people get lost in that because
1:19.2	they're trying to fit a particular mold. And sometimes that mold is of a particular kind of
1:23.6	music and how that's not always appropriate. So we get into a lot of those different subjects.
