Summary

When a young woman named Kenia vanishes after a night out with friends, a mysterious young man named Travis comes forward. He said he met the young woman and offered her a ride home, but en route, she got out of his care and went on with another man. Is Travis telling the truth? As authorities look into his story--and his actions on the night in question--they realize they need to act fast to get a predator off the streets.
