for a while now and I just kind of create this episode for a while now.

And I just kind of wanted to talk about

the things that we learned from our ex

that we're grateful for. Sometimes I think breakups can be seen as

really messy and they can be I'm not gonna deny that they can be and they can be, I'm not going to deny that, they can be and they are.

But as you sit and you reflect, I want you selfish babe to think about,

well what did you learn from your past relationship, right?
