let me tell you about this. This summer we're doing something different with our coaching groups and I'm going to

tell you about it at the break. My aha is that when I declare what my one thing tasks is for the week to a group of people,

I'm way more likely to stay focused on it and get it done as compared to A, not telling anybody or B, just telling one person.

A group seems to make a difference.

And my aha is just like an evolving one that I'm trying to to learn but just that whenever I'm

struggling whenever I'm feeling hopeless whenever I'm behind or overwhelmed or

unaccountable whenever I'm numbing or withdrawing that these are like good and natural.

The inner voice of wisdom, maybe even the voice of God,

sort of telling me that something in me is hungering

for a connection, and then I need that.

Yeah, this has been a good way to practice that. for a it's not about the tool. I'm like, well, those two bills didn't work for me.
