mindful eating. I have been a long time, or I had been a long-time dieter. I've gained and lost

150 pounds. It was crazy. And diets never worked for me. The answer was I had to figure out

And for those of you who have followed me for many years, you know I'm obsessed with mindful eating and living.

My life changed five years ago when I met this incredible woman, Robin Mize, who is a marriage and family therapist, but she also has a concentration in mindful

launching, just to tell you my relationship, my first diet started when I was 12 years old

to 28 years old, and I did everything.

The Kashi Goline, the Slim Fast, the Weight Watchers, and I always gained the weight back.

And I had gained and lost 150 pounds.

And when I get on to TV and radio, people would comment about my weight and appearance all the time.

And they would say things to me like, God, you'd be so pretty if you just lost 20 pounds.
