James Ochoa returns to the podcast this week. James is a licensed professional counselor, author of . He is the founder and director of The Life Empowerment Center in Austin, Texas. James offers action-focused counseling and executive coaching to help his clients discover ways to empower themselves in areas of their lives. And during our last Friday session, every member shared what they learned, they reflected on

What I want to share with you is one of those members. This is Caitlin.

My one thing was to clean out my car, which did not happen.

But I will say, because I had a lot of changes in my schedule this week that were out of my control so so it's moved it's not just gone away I've just like moved it to today. This is new this is I cleaned out my car like big time at like the very beginning of these 10 weeks, but this is just like a I want to make sure it stays that way so I'm going to very quickly clean it up and get the trash out.

My aha moment for this week actually happened on Sunday.

The two weeks before this week I kind of fell off the wagon a little bit,

I gotten sick and I was starting to get kind of in despair like how am I get you know this is what always happens I always get behind and how am I going to get out of it and then I just had a moment where I was like, I know what to do.

Like I have these skills now that I can pull from to like get me out of this.
