0:55.5 | And that those triggers usually lead to some sort of automatic thoughts. |
1:00.5 | Thoughts like, well, it wouldn't be a movie without popcorn. |
1:06.8 | Or I'm hungry. All of a sudden, I feel hungry as I walked in. If we skip the candy |
1:14.3 | counter because we were on a diet or because we were trying to save money, we might walk to |
1:19.4 | our seats and feel a sense of feeling deprived like we didn't get something. We might even have |
1:26.5 | a kind of a thought of self-pity. |
1:29.9 | We might be agitated for a couple minutes |
1:32.2 | as we sat there waiting for the movie to start, |
1:34.7 | especially if we saw other people eating popcorn. |
1:38.8 | So the pattern is this. |
