When your ex (or someone you were involved with) blocks you, you need to respect that. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't, and they ramp things up to the point it makes people feel very uncomfortable and causes them a lot of emotional distress.
It's crucial to understand that what you may be doing may be classified as harassment / stalking. Also, a lot of people may not realize that they are technically being stalked.
