Bay podcast. Or shall I say, welcome back, Catherine. You're finally recording a solo episode. So this episode is obviously

titled, Where have I been? Where in the world did I disappear to? So if you've been following me

creating a beast. I'm telling you, a beast of a program in the last 16 weeks. I've really been

in a vortex, a cave, you can say. And I didn't expect myself to be in a cave. That's the thing. I did not expect myself to
