So on today's show we have Fai Guy and Fai Girl. So together they come on and do an interview which is interesting for us. They have a current net worth of about 2.2 million and two-thirds of that they've invested

about two-thirds, some they have savings but is invested in the S&P Index Fund and

one-third International Index Fund.

So they just kind of a pick those two index funds and decided to diversify their money

that way.

They're both 36 years old, they make about 250,000 combined between them and their goal is to create 50K of passive income

and then retire in the next year or two.

And so they talk about that journey and about what they're doing

to be able to achieve that goal. One other last piece of interesting

information that they share is is that buying their house was their biggest

financial mistake and they talk about

why that is and what they would have avoided and kind of what they think about how their

house has been a mistake for them going forward.
