with this. So I'll start off as per the New York Times today. The regulation took three years to

finalize, setting ambitious tailpipe pollution limits to shift the US auto market towards

zero emissions and electric vehicles. Despite EV sales being 1.2 million units last

year. It's still less than 10% of new car sales in the US, as the US trails China and Europe
