I have been MIA for the morning. Hope everyone is doing well on this fine day. I have been MIA for the last three days.

I had some things going on that I just wasn't able to do a podcast. So I've gotten behind on our top 15 prospect by team. So today we are going to be covering the Oakland Athletics, and later today or tomorrow,

I will record the Seattle Mariners, and that will get us back into Rhythm here, which

the Oakland Athletics are the 27th out of the 30th system.

So we are getting down to the end here.

For those of you who have listened to me for a long time, know that I've always struggled with the Oakland A's system. I don't have

a lot of contacts in the athletics organization. I have one, but it's more of a PR kind of guy.

So I just don't get a view of how the team feels about their players.

I don't know why.

I don't think they are guarded because I know other publications have access to their teams,

but I just don't.

And consequently, I'm usually fairly light on the organization.

I have talked to scouts who have seen a lot of their players play.

I've seen some of their players play.

But it is just in all full transparency.

I just don't have a good feel for their system.
