0:51.4	I think therefore I should clarify things a bit.

1:02.7	Tourism, using the World Tourism Organization's definition, tourism is traveling to someplace
1:08.8	and being away from home for more than 24 hours and less than one year and not being remunerated
1:15.4	from the destination.
1:17.5	Being away for longer than one year while being paid would not be tourism.
1:23.0	Moving Abroad, moving your permanent address to another country and staying there long
1:28.2	enough to learn the language, read the newspapers, get local friends, work, go to local doctors,
1:34.6	file taxes, and so on.
1:36.8	By law of the excluded middle, it should be longer than a year.
1:41.1	In a stretch, the case can probably be made that if you are only home for a few days
1:45.8	a year or not at all, you're really living abroad even if you have not set up a permanent
