She drops mad wisdom and today she's talking about taking risk because if you're not taking risk,

it's really hard to say that you're really living.

Life is about taking risk.

Growth is about taking risk.

And with those risks come some fear.

And that fear comes from using our imaginations against ourselves.

Instead of wondering like, or thinking about all the good stuff that can happen from taking a risk,

we think about every single bad thing.

We make predictions like future predictions of just the worst things.

And what usually happens is when we actually think about the worst things that we can do.

And we think about the worst things that we can do.

And we can't predict the worst things.

And what usually happens is when we actually take that step and we take that risk,

the things that we thought were going to happen, the bad stuff that we thought was going to happen,

it never really happens.
