that it would become a book in an online program and be shown to millions of people who immediately

dismiss it as toxic diet culture without even opening cracking the book so thank you for saying that

because it really is what I meant it to be was a blueprint for

crap out there in the supermarket, right? Like literally we exist on packaged food and it's like,

get back to the basics. Get back to like, I heard it the other day, somebody was saying

one word food stuff. Like if it's got one ingredient, one ingredient food stuff. And I'm like,

well, that's a simple way of saying fruits, vegetables, and protein. Right? It's like clean it up because there's so much crap out there.

I was saying, what do you find is the biggest hurdle for people to like eat healthy? I think

it is time. One, I think that we get away with stuff when we're younger and we build our lives
