This is a Soul Fire production. How you doing? You had a lot of going on today. You were driving

all around. Yeah, I'm trying to take care of myself, doing self-care. Very important. I drive to see

my chiropractor, who happens to be where I used to live.

So it's a long drive.

And I'm starting to go back to that because I'm realizing that a lot of my aches and pains

are sort of wear and tear and self-inflicted on my posture and my old injury, my old knee

surgery, my old back injury.

So I'm trying to learn things to correct it.

So I go to Pilates once a week.

I see the chiropractor once a week.

And then I go to my horses for my brain.

Brain release.

And then.

And some natural love.

And sunshine and beauty.

It's really pretty up there.

Yeah, it's been great.
