1:07.9	It also proved an interesting glimpse into another financial way of life.

1:20.7	Despite my personal negative history with a 2004 property purchase, I hold no ill will
1:26.5	for those who choose property investment as a method for building wealth.
1:30.6	If it works out for them, that's great.
1:32.9	However, my comrade and arms had specifically chosen a highly leveraged method for acquiring

1:40.5	As I questioned him on the simple details that he should have known from using the strategy,
1:45.7	I quickly realized he lacked the acumen for it.
