I'm so happy you're here and I am so excited

to talk about today's episode. So today's episode I feel like is such a full circle moment for me

because I never used to live my life like this. I lived it in like the complete opposite, which was pressure,

force, very much like a masculine energy, do-do-do, hustle, hustle, hustle.

And recently, I would say like starting this year, I've really lived, like, with intention, and of course I'm not perfect with this,

but really gave it a good crack, and I'm continuing to live life from a place of pleasure

and joy and following my joy. And I feel like I've been like an experiment in a guinea pig

in what happens when you shift from

pressure and force to flow and pleasure and really the shift and the quantum leap that you can

experience. Now, I know like there's like one percent of men that

listen to this podcast and this definitely still applies to you but this episode is really for my

girls because our superpower is our feminine energy and don't't hear me wrong, men also have feminine energy

and men that are listening, this is for you.
