So you're a big wig at the old Tenzig wine and spirits, but how did you get there?

Well you were born in Guatemala.

I was.

Kind of a very, very chameleon background because I was born in Guatemala, but when I was four years old, my parents moved to Virginia.

And so I grew up from kindergarten through middle school in the United States

and I thought I would stay here forever and then we went back to go to the mall

was 13 on a family trip and loved it so much my parents promised my

sisters and I that they would buy as a pony if we did. I never saw the pony,

never got, but our cousins had you like horses were were like, oh, this country is great.

And they went back because they were in the restaurant business.

And they're turning now 40 years anniversary of their restaurants in Guarmmal and both my parents are chefs and it was just naturally I felt like that was what I was going to do and you can imagine like growing up in in Virginia I was I spoke like y'all I was some more
