Summary

I love what Brene Brown says about being over 40, "All these pretending and performing coping mechanisms that you've developed to protect yourself from feeling inadequate and getting hurt--have to go. Time is growing short. There are unexplored adventures ahead of you. You were born worthy of love and belonging. Courage and daring are coursing through you. You were made to live and love with your whole heart." If you are ready for a challenge that makes you confront the things in your life that you're ready to change, join us for THRIVE IN MIDLIFE! The trainings for THRIVE IN MIDLIFE will be NOON to 1pm EST daily from June 12 to 14. Can’t make it live? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! There is so much more waiting for you in your

I've got a couple stories to share that I think will help you kind of see where you might be

0:48.5

keeping yourself stuck. I think one of the reasons, too, honestly, that we stay in our comfort zones

1:20.1

that we don't even acknowledge. We have grown up thinking that we are just this kind of person

1:25.3

who does this kind of thing. This is how I've been my whole life.

1:29.1

I'm not going to be able to change this now. And we get to this point where there are a lot of things

1:33.3

in our life that we would like to change and we just feel like it's not possible. I hear this all the time

1:39.3

from clients in my coaching program, who never thought they would be able to get healthy again, who never thought

1:45.1

they would be able to get strong, who never thought they'd be good with money, who never thought

they would write a book, who never thought they would, you know, create amazing relationships. And I
