My surprise level is very high.

I think that's the place I want to start.

Basketball, as we talk about on this show a lot has a lot of variance and luck. I have like an entire chapter, one of the early chapters of thinking basketball, the book, devoted to this concept because it's so important. One half, one game, three games is not a

determining factor of who's better necessarily in basketball. There's a lot of variance in shot making, but man, we've definitely reached the point for me in these playoffs where I am legitimately surprised.

You and I both talked about how we liked Denver coming into the series but I'm still a little just a teeny bit just a

smidge surprise they have a three-nothing lead they've been able to take some

close games down the stretch we might be able to talk about that but but I think the

place to start has to be in the east where I am going with a full scale level 10 surprise egg on my face
