Now this is my only fourth year in sports media and the preseason prediction game is a

fickle one. It's not easy but trying to figure out what is exactly going to happen in the SEC this year,

well it's harder than any time I can remember before this.

Not just because of the additions of Texas and Oklahoma, but it feels like more teams can legitimately win the SEC this year

than in any recent year that comes to mind.

It seems there's been the last couple years, maybe even five five two and a half teams with a

legitimate shot but this year I counted up to five if you include Missouri that would

not shock me if they go on to win the SEC championship and though it's harder to predict,

it's better for college football

and especially the SEC.

So let's dive in and remember,

everybody can't be prom king.
