We are recording earlier than I usually record, which I'm not mad at.

I feel like this is my most awake alert, high-vibed self.

So I'm just excited more than anything to catch up with you. I know. I feel like we're just in a digital coffee shop catching up over coffee. And I like the fresh morning.

I usually record an afternoon too just because I'm most creative in the morning. And then I'm like,

okay, that's when I'm going to do all of the business things. But then I'm like, well, but this creativity is a pod,

you know, podcast recording is creating something. So maybe I should play around with the morning

episodes too. Well, we have to because we're sleep training is, right? So now his naps have

moved more to the afternoon.

So I'm just having to switch it up.

And I don't know.

We'll see how that goes.

But I've got my coffee and I've got my friend.

And this is going to be amazing.
