In the first of a new mini-series reviewing the best of the National Racing series this year, Kevin Turner sits down with Marcus Simmons and ITV BTCC Commentator David Addison to review the best of the 2024 British Touring Car Championship. On it, the trio discuss the thrilling deciding weekend at Brands Hatch that led to Jake Hill winning his first Championship, as well as the current state of play amongst the elite class of the Championship, such as Tom Ingram's agonising defeat, Ash Sutton's failure in the "drive for five", and ask whether Colin Turkington can still compete at the very highest level. 0:21.6	mainly highs to be honest, but we can talk about the drivers, the top drivers, go through the
0:26.0	top 10 and how it was won. It was won by Jake Hill, taking his first touring car title in a
0:31.8	fantastic brand satch finale against Tom Ingram winning by eight points in the end. And joining
0:36.3	me are two people that followed the BTCC trail all year.

0:49.8	I'm going to ask you what you've been doing since the BTCC finale, even though I know that you've been to about 78 different events since then.
0:57.5	Yeah, the season's not quite over, Kevin.

1:01.1	And then after touring cars, SROGT, motorsport games kicked in, there is Macau, there is
1:08.5	the end of GT World Challenge Europe, the Gulf 12 hours, and
1:11.6	the start of Asian Lamont, to keep me going before Christmas.
