Matt Addison. Before we start, I want to mention that our thoughts are still very much with those

who have been impacted by the incident that happened on Water Street shortly after the Liverpool

FC title parade on Monday. It happened not too far away from where I was at the time. Obviously,

it was very shocking to hear about and report on it and obviously later to see the videos of

what had gone on there. Obviously wanted to mention that. I wanted to mention as well the work of

a lot of people who offered lifts and shelter to those who were stranded after what happened

at Lime Street Station as well.

I think a lot of people pulled together and showed a real good side to the city there as well as Virgil Van Dyke posted on social media earlier this week.

The way that the city came together before and after everything is what makes it such a special

place.

And I don't think, to be honest, that I can sum it up any better than that.
