I have stopped drinking caffeine. So, so are

these intros about to get more unhinged? Oh, probably. You know what I found out? Decaf coffee?

Caffinated? Just less caffeinated. It's not uncaffeinated coffee. It's decaffeinated coffee.

Right. They rinse the beans or something like that. And that's the process, Ashley. Just give them a rinse. Just run them past the little sprits of water and there you go. Boom. Half the caffeine's gone. I also found out that instant coffee, the stuff that we've been talking about before that a lot of people drink here in Scotland. Right. The stuff that you just like you take a spoonful of and dissolve it in hot water.

Ashley, what am I going to do? Am I going to go out? Am I going to buy decaffeinated beans?

Keep them in the house. Then we got to sort caffeinated beans from uncaffeinated beans. What are we going to do? We can't do that. We can't live like that. So I went out and bought myself instant decaffeinated coffee.

Come to find out, A, it's still got caffeine in it.

Liars. B, instant coffee for some reason has more caffeine than other types of coffee.
