So today's episode is going to be a little kind of updates type of episode a little bit more personal than my typical content.

I just thought it was kind of time for a how it started and how is it going or where it started and has it going, whatever that meme was that, I don't know, it was popular about a year ago.

really see much social media anymore, but you know what I'm talking about when you have something

and you've set it all up and it's all perfect. And then you actually revisit how in reality

things are looking several months down the road. And I thought I would kind of do that for myself

in 2023, both in terms of what my planning life

looks like and also how things are going since I ended up going part time at my job and kind of

have been in this hybrid career path that I'm enjoying right now.

So just to recap a little bit, I worked full time for the hospital system where I still

work up until October of 2022.

I had a leadership role working with residents, which was really, really fun.

But it started to become a little bit too much for me.

Plus, I really, really wanted to have a little bit more flexibility to be with my kids as well as I was excited about potential growth of this podcast and the rest of my other work.

And I felt like I had things to say.

And yet I felt stalled out because there just wasn't enough time in the day for me to work on all the projects I was excited about working on and carry a full-time job load.

So fall of last year, I ended up going to 60%, which means that I work clinically three days a week.

Currently, it's Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Those are generally
