Summary

Sedna is a dwarf planet beyond Pluto connected with how we transmute and emotionally move through the depths of our emotional world. In mythology, Sedna is an Intuit Goddess who rules the seas, oceans, and marine life, similar to Neptune, but she dives into the underworlds of what resides within our emotional needs. Sedna was betrayed, rejected, and abandoned in her story, and had to move through the deepest areas of her needs to reclaim her power and choices. Sedna has been traveling through Taurus since June 1966, and will enter Gemini in June 2023, making ongoing trines to Pluto in Capricorn as it moves into Aquarius. 0:05.9	as we're going to focus on a specific astrological topic that will help us navigate these big energies
0:13.1	that we're moving through on the planet. And today we're going to take a look at Pluto in Capricorn
0:19.5	trining Sedna in Taurus. Then they both move into air signs
0:27.7	around the same time in 2023, 2004. And we have some significant energies here that are part of the bigger picture on the planet.
0:40.6	So I will explain what all this means in today's podcast episode.
0:45.2	You may recall that last Monday show on January 23, 2023, was about the Pluto crossover years, where Pluto closes out its time in Capricorn,
0:59.9	where it has been since 2008, 2009, and enters into Aquarius, where it will remain until 24.
1:09.9	So Pluto crossover years are significant for how the energy
1:14.9	shift and evolve on the planet, as well as what is revealed, what comes to light, what has
1:21.2	been dug up and is now exposed. So this is a big theme. And now we're going to involve how Pluto is also in a trine to Sedna. Now,
1:33.7	Sedna is a dwarf planet beyond Pluto, beyond what we typically reference or look at, especially
1:42.4	in our solar system.
1:55.5	And Sedna is a much slower moving planet that actually takes over 11,000 years to orbit the sun. Now look at that in comparison to Pluto.
1:59.2	Pluto takes about 248 years to orbit the sun. Sedna takes over
2:06.3	11,000 years. And what is really fascinating is that this energy of Sedna is actually approaching
2:14.7	its closest connection to Earth over the next 50 years. So there is an
2:21.0	increase in the influence of Sedna. I'm going to explain the mythology and energies associated
2:27.7	with this dwarf planet, but understand that this energy is also in play here as our planet moves through very big energy cycles.
2:37.6	So Sedna is associated with the oceans, the seas, and marine life.
