Today on the show, Matthew Penny is in the building.

We're doing a quick 2022 NBA draft recap today.

As you can tell, like, there's color back in my skin now, but my eyes are still

sunken back into like my brain. You know, Penny, you look well rested as always.

Oh, I'm not. I'm not. That alabaster skin, the Ed Helm's haircut. We're rolling. What's up,

Ben? You look like you got a haircut or at least brushed it or you like came out of the draft

wind tunnel and you're good. I got a little color. I was at the beach today for a few hours.

The funny thing about kids and the funny thing about the draft is, they don't care.

So I was still up like super early the next morning, super early the next morning after that.

So I haven't really officially caught up yet.

That first day, though, after the draft, it kind of hurt.

Like I sat on the couch for like an hour, just like not moving.

I was like on my phone.

I'm like, it's been an hour.

And I haven't really done anything.

So the legs are getting there.

We're getting back under ourselves. We've had a few workouts, not 100%, but on the pathway to getting back to 100%.

Yeah, no, I've tried to do a couple workouts.

My body still has not responded to the workout yet.
