My man, Gene Minesz, Gene, I know you're fired up for the third leg of the Triple

Crown and much more than that. How are you, sir?

I'm doing great, coach. It's rainy here in Austin, Texas, but it's always sunny when we know that the Belmont Stakes is coming up. And even though the preakness, we could have hit it even

harder than we actually did, hopefully our listeners were able to take some of the information,

apply it to their own handicapping, and have a big day. Well, they certainly did. That's what we tell

all the time. It's all about education and entertainment. Take those horses that Gene gives you.

A lot of people boxed them up and they cash big tickets. So hopefully we're going to do that again.

Now, before we get to your picks for the races

this week, we've got some housekeeping we've got to take care of because the legendary trainer,

Bob Baffert, he will not be at the race this weekend. His horses will not be racing this weekend.

Tell the good folks at home, why? Well, you know, Bob Baffert, as we know, Medina Spirit tested positive for beta metasone after the Kentucky Derby.

The second sample came back to confirm that first test.

And Bob doesn't actually have any horses, not just in the Belmont's eggs, but no horses even in the undercard on Saturday.

Now, you know, after Medina Spirit lost the Preakness Stakes, there really was no reason for Bafford
